Job Title: Supported Living Support Worker

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 plus enhanced rate for bank holidays
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / days, nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Provide 1-1 or group support

• Willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, companionship and light household duties

• Support individuals to access the community, including social activities and hobbies
• Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills development
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Previous experience in care or support work
