The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support students individually and in small groups within the classroom. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Provide additional support to pupils with SEND, SEMH or learning difficulties. Encourage positive behaviour and promote student wellbeing. Help students build confidence, independence and academic progress. Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates who: Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
