Known for their bespoke service, they are seeking a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to join their Private Client, Wills and Probate department.-

Experience required for this Private Client Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant vacancy:

• Minimum of 1 years experience and currently working within a Wills and Probate department
• Able to prepare Probate forms and LPA forms
• Able to draft and prepare Wills
• Knowledge of preparing and completing IHT forms such as IHT205, IHT217 and IHT400
• Have good technical knowledge of private client and able to work unsupervised
• Have Audio dictation experience
• Have excellent administrative skills
