Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join their expanding team in

As a key member of the team, the

Senior Quantity Surveyor

will take the lead on a variety of

pre and post-contract

duties, acting as Technical Lead and managing client relationships across a diverse project portfolio. You will also play an important part in team development and contribute to the continued success of the Sidcup office.

You’ll be working across a range of exciting schemes including:

Residential refurbishments and new builds

Healthcare

Bluelight and public buildings

Education and mixed-use developments

This role is ideal for a career-focused

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor

who feels ready to progress but lacks the opportunity to do so in their current role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A RICS accredited degree qualification

MRICS ideally or working towards

5+ years’ experience within a consultancy / PQS practice

Strong pre and post contract knowledge

Client facing and capable of leading numerous projects from start to finish

£60,000 – £70,000
