The role will support the wider HR function and would suit someone who enjoys a varied administrative role within a friendly and professional working environment.The RoleAs the HR Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function, ensuring employee records and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.Key DutiesProviding general administrative support to the HR team.Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.Preparing and issuing HR documentation, including contracts, letters and other correspondence.Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.Assisting with leaver processes and ensuring records are updated accordingly.Maintaining accurate personnel files, both electronic and hard copy.Supporting with holiday, absence and sickness records.Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and payroll-related information.Preparing HR reports ..... full job details .....
