Contact Centre Advisor

Contact Centre Advisor required in North Bristol.
- Salary: Starting salary negotiable plus bonuses, providing an on-target earnings of £30,000+ per annum.
- Hours: 40-hour week with 8-hour days between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Staggered start/finish times on a rota basis.

Our client, a multi-award-winning dealer group with 15 sites across the Thames Valley, M4 corridor, and South Wales, is currently looking to recruit a Contact Centre Advisor for one of their dealerships located in North Bristol.
Responsible to the Contact Centre Team Leader and working as part of a friendly team, in this role, your responsibilities shall include:
- Dealing with aftersales calls, booking customers'' vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs.
- Accurately inputting customer details and data.
- Initiating the solving of customers'' problems in a professional manner.
- Confidently handling incoming and outgoing calls while staying focused on providing outstanding customer service and supporting business growth.
- Creating genuine connections and building strong relationships with every customer, helping boost loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
- Becoming a true product expert who’s passionate about what our client offers.
- Making follow-up calls as part of the aftersales marketing campaigns to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Keeping systems accurate and up to date by following established database procedures and guidelines.
In order to be eligible, you will need to be able to demonstrate good customer service capabilities with a friendly and approachable manner, given that you will often be the first point of contact for any customer interacting with our client''s business. You will need to be IT literate, be a team player, capable of working towards targets/KPI''s, have an attention to detail and be self-driven and reliable. Motor trade experience is non-essential for our client, as full training will be provided, but it would help if you have an interest in anything automotive orientated!
