The company initiated a £35 million development project in with the first phase, aiming to bolster its distribution capabilities and better serve the local community. You would be a strong member of the engineering team, enabling and supporting ongoing projects and improvements.This is a great opportunity for a maintenance engineer looking to get on to a 4on 4off (2days/2nights) shift. As a multiskilled engineer, you will be joining an experienced and supportive team who have a strong track-record. You will be a key team player in ensuring the factory is running up to speed and production levels are maintained. What You Need: Electrical and mechanical with relevant qualifications - NVQ / CandG to level 3 standardProven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Strong fault-finding and diagnostics skills to resolve breakdowns efficiently.Understanding of compliance with safety and quality standards.
