Fortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the industry.We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for Domestic Gas Engineers in Chingford Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive maintenance within agreed programmes, budgets, and quality standards.Conduct inspections, diagnose system faults, fit replacement parts, and complete repairs on all heating and hot water systems.Carry out gas servicing, HIU servicing, and system breakdown work.Test smoke and CO alarms in accordance with safety requirements.Complete job sheets, PDA updates, daily logs, and weekly timesheets accurately and on time.Adhere to safe working practices and maintain the safety of colleagues and the public at all times.Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.Ensure all planned commitments, KPIs, and service levels are met.Supervise and support apprentices in line with company policies and procedures.Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.Attend all required toolbox talks and comply with the company s Health and Safety Policy.Undertake additional duties as required by management.Maintain company vehicle to a high standard, including arranging servicing and reporting malfunctions promptly.
