The setting is focused on pupils'' development, supporting them to make progress academically while developing their emotional, social and behavioural skills.

The school is seeking a passionate ALN Learning Support Assistant to take on this short-term role, supporting pupils with Autism / ASD. The successful ALN Learning Support Assistant will be expected to adapt to pupils'' individual needs, provide consistent classroom support and have a positive impact on the wider school.

The successful ALN Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent
• Experience working with children with additional learning needs and/or disabilities
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism / ASD
• Experience supporting challenging behaviours
• Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirable
• A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
