London A highly active Residential Developer within London/ Greater London urgently require a Senior Land Manager to acquire sites within London and 1 hours commute to the city.Sites can be purchased unconditionally, STP and consented, the use of agency contacts is actively promoted and they will buy deals providing numbers stack and the remit of requirements are met.The company concerned have new, modern, purpose built offices and have purchased a number of deals in the last 12 months equating to in excess of 500 units.
