Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy renowned for delivering high-quality surveying, design, and project management services across the built environment. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor. You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of surveying services, working on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed building surveys, inspections, and assessments Preparing reports, specifications, and contract documents Providing expert advice on property defects, maintenance, and refurbishment Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes Engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to develop strong working relationships Advising on statutory compliance, including planning and building regulations We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual with; A degree in Building Surveying or a related field Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy environment Strong technical knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and regulations Excellent communication and client-facing skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Chartered status (MRICS) is desirable but not essential.
