The Junior Account Manager will provide commercial and administrative support to the Account Management team, helping to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the efficient delivery of product to customers across the UK. The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of customer accounts, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, monitoring product availability and performance, and assisting in delivering commercial objectives. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to progress into a full Account Manager role. Key Responsibilities Customer Account Support Support the management of key retail and foodservice customer accounts. Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely responses. Prepare quotations and customer reports. Monitor customer forecasts and communicate changes to relevant internal teams. Support customer reviews, meetings and presentations. Maintain accurate customer records and information. Produce weekly sales reports, analysis and performance updates. Assist in managing promotional activity and pricing changes. Monitor sales performance against budgets and forecasts.
