Lead the hardware and FPGA engineering team in Cambridge, owning cradle-to-grave lifecycle management for high-performance connectivity solutions.Proactively champion best practices in high-speed digital and analogue design, FPGA development, and platform-based product delivery.Set technical direction, drive innovation, and ensure delivery on time and to budget.Build and nurture a collaborative engineering culture, aligning with wider business objectives and external partners as needed.Balance technical leadership with people management, resource allocation, and mentoring of engineers.Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in hardware and FPGA engineering.Strong background in high-speed digital and analogue design and FPGA development.Track record of delivering complex products on time and to high standards.Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.Employment type
