You''ll bring modern technology, tools and development processes into a business that''s committed to investing in innovation.The roleAs an Embedded Engineer, you''ll take ownership of the software side of new devices across the full design lifecycle, from initial concept to finished product. Your work will include:Designing, developing and testing embedded software for new measurement devicesWriting efficient, reliable code in Embedded C, often in bare-metal environmentsWorking with ARM, NXP and Atmel microprocessorsImplementing and supporting communication protocols such as RS232 and RS485Collaborating closely with hardware engineers and the wider RandD team to bring products from concept to completionContributing ideas on tools, processes and technology choices as the new team takes shapeSupporting testing, debugging and validation through each stage of developmentWhat you''ll needProven industry experience in ..... full job details .....
