*Hybrid workingContract type: Contract (37 hrs a week)Based in

London (Hybrid):To lead on the preparation of Housing revenue account (HRA) financial statement for consolidation into the group accounts and collection fund statement.# To review financial processes, recommend improvements, implement change and provide appropriate training as necessary to other Council staff members.# To identify and report system failures / weaknesses, explain the risk to key stakeholders, propose mitigating actions and implement controls to reduce risk and improve effectiveness.

plus evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).Experience of working in a financial accounting role, with evidence of having advised senior management in financial accounting.
