About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join a luxury country house care setting in the Caldicot area.Working 37.5 hours per week on nights, you will play a key senior role in supporting the smooth running of the shift. You will lead by example, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the night while delivering high-quality, person-centred care aligned with the home s values of dignity, independence and choice.You will support and guide care staff, administer medication where required, complete accurate documentation, and carry out regular night checks to promote safety and wellbeing.
