Pay Scale: -445500 per week

A wonderful primary school based in Oxford are seeking a team of Learning Support Assistants to join them from September, to assist their pupils who need extra support in the classroom. This job is ideal for recent graduates who are looking for the perfect foundation for a career in learning support or those who are considering teaching and would love the opportunity to get hands on experience in the classroom.

This role as a Learning Support Assistant for recent graduates will be fulfilling to both the candidates and their pupils. You will have the opportunity to make a great impact on your students as you help give additional support in their learning environment. This primary school is dedicated to ensuring that all of its pupils have an equal opportunity to thrive in their learning environment, so the addition of a Learning Support Assistant team is a ''must do'' for them.

This role as a Learning Support Assistant has a rolling start date as we understand that not all candidates are able to start on the first day of term. This role will be available from the beginning of the new academic year but start dates are flexible to your needs.

You will:

• Provide excellent support for student who need extra help in the classroom
• Lead groups in a 1:1 and small group basis
• Reinforce positive behavior and an optimistic view on learning
• Act as the first point of call for students if they are struggling with their learning
