Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Fit-Out Contractor London 90,000 - 100,000 per-annum This is not a standard MEP QS role. I am working with a highly regarded London-based fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering commercial workplace projects typically ranging from 1m to 20m+. The business has a strong reputation for quality delivery, technical capability and a modern, sustainability-led approach to construction. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of technically complex projects, they are now looking to make their first dedicated MEP commercial hire This role offers the chance to take ownership of all MEP commercial activity across the business, working closely with project teams, directors and technical leads. There is a clear pathway for this position to evolve into a company-wide MEP Commercial Lead role.
