This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity within a highly regulated environment where quality, precision and attention to detail are critical. Full aviation training is provided, but candidates must bring relevant hands-on experience. The role will involve:Working within a mechanical workshop environment as part of a skilled teamOperating machinery and equipment in line with strict proceduresHandling components, tooling and chemicals safely (PPE provided)Carrying out service, maintenance and repair activities on aviation safety equipmentCompleting written job cards, inspection records and quality documentation accuratelyFollowing detailed work instructions, health and safety and quality standards at all times The ideal candidate will:Have previous experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, engineering or workshop environmentBe familiar with working around machinery, tools and industrial processesDemonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to workHave a good standard of written English, with the ability to complete paperwork clearly and accuratelyBe reliable, quality-focused and comfortable working to strict procedures and traceability requirements Benefits:Specialist aviation training and developmentTemp-to-perm career opportunityClean, well-organised ..... full job details .....
