Job responsibilities
The post holder will support the Senior General Manager in their work with the CSU triumvirate to ensure safe and effective service delivery. This involves achievement of all operational performance targets, including access, finance, and quality.The post holder will assist the Senior General Manager with the provision of timely, efficient and effective support ensuring that a responsive, innovative service is provided to the highest possible standards, in line with Trust Strategy.The post holder will work in a Trust-wide capacity under the direction of the Senior General Manager and will represent them at meetings as necessary and appropriate.The post holder will support the clinical teams to ensure that clinical safety and quality is maintained alongside the business integrity of the Clinical Service Unit.Person Specification
