Who are we? Our client is a Managed IT Services provider based in Dinnington, South Yorkshire. They have been supporting SMEs across Sheffield, Doncaster, Lincoln and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. They are a team of nine, so you''d be the tenth. Our client is ISO 9001 certified and hold Cyber Essentials Plus and IASME Cyber Assurance. They are also growing into Managed AI Services with Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, so there''s plenty going on and lots of room to develop. Our client s helpdesk is the first point of contact for their clients. That makes this role central to how our clients customers experience, and your contribution really matters. What you''ll be doing Answering calls, emails and tickets from client end users, and logging, prioritising and updating tickets clearly. Diagnosing and resolving first-line issues such as password resets, MFA, Outlook and Teams problems, printers, and basic Windows and connectivity faults.
