This varied position combines bookkeeping, administration and communication with employees and subcontractors.You must be available to work every Friday, plus one additional weekday, totalling approximately 15 hours per week. There may also be scope for a third working day in the future. Job Responsibilities Manage emails, telephone calls and general correspondence.Complete day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration using Xero.Maintain accurate filing, records and office documentation.Liaise with subcontractors and employees to support ongoing work.Order and maintain stationery, refreshments and office supplies.Keep the office organised, professional and well maintained.Support general administrative tasks across the business.Provide additional holiday cover during the year when required.
