The roleholder will be instrumental in helping to shift the business culture towards greater technology awareness and adoption. The role involves leading a team of Tech Business Partners and the QA team, working closely with the Senior Leadership team.Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five Business Analysts and QA professionals; fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Strategic Partnership: Act as a liaison between the technology department and other business units, collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
