About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and highly organized Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee night operations at our site. This is a critical leadership role where you will manage a team of 5, ensure smooth blending processes, and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). For 6 hours of your shift, you will be the sole point of responsibility on-site, requiring strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
