Internal Sales Executive Salary: £35,000 + Quarterly BonusHours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmLocation: Portsmouth We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join an established and growing business, with responsibility for developing profitable sales across defined trade sectors. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will take ownership of an agreed sales pipeline and be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, as well as re-engaging dormant accounts and growing existing customer relationships. You will: Make proactive outbound contact via telephone, email, WhatsApp and Teams/video meetings. Manage opportunities from initial contact through qualification, quotation, negotiation and conversion. Re-engage dormant customers and identify opportunities to increase sales with existing accounts. Build long-term customer relationships by understanding commercial needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Prepare and follow up quotations, product information, samples and sales proposals. Promote new products, complementary ranges, special offers and seasonal campaigns. Follow up leads generated through websites, marketing campaigns, exhibitions and referrals. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM/ERP system.
