These will include financial remedy cases involving multi-jurisdictional assets, international relocation disputes, offshore trusts and complex structures, and matters regularly exceeding £10 million in asset value.Take an innovative approach to business development. Building lasting client relationships with individuals, families, and businesses. Key Requirements: Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister in England and Wales with demonstrable experience in Family.PQE: the client is open to NQ+ candidates. For NQ candidates, one of your seats must be in family law. The salary offered will be reflective of PQE.The ability to attend the office three days per week.
