Client DetailsA global FMCG business with a portfolio of highly recognisable brands, with HQ in London DescriptionDefine and execute the European strategy and roadmapOwn the PandL, driving performance across revenue, margin, conversion, fulfilment, satisfaction and lifetime valueAct as the central DTC lead, aligning stakeholders, removing blockers and ensuring consistent execution across marketsLead performance optimisation across the funnel using sales analysis, CRO, UX insights and customer feedbackBuild and manage an effective Retail Media and performance marketing strategy, spanning onsite, offsite, CRM, paid social, search and appDrive customer acquisition, growth and retention through data-led segmentation, attribution and continuous testingProduce clear, actionable reporting on traffic, acquisition, conversion, ROI and platform performanceOwn DTC operational excellence, building scalable processes that improve delivery, reduce complaints and elevate customer experiencePartner with Customer Service, Operations and Technology to resolve friction points and improve post-purchase journeysEnsure high-quality, relevant and consistent content across all EU DTC sites, in line with brand guidelinesCollaborate with content teams on photography, video, onsite assets, translations ..... full job details .....
