RICS is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded
Head of Licensing and Partnership Development
to lead the growth of our professional development and learning products through high-impact licensing and partnership initiatives. This role is central to expanding our global reach and ensuring scalable, high-quality learning solutions.Develop and execute a global licensing and partnership strategy aligned with customer insight and market trends.Build strategic relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and professional bodies.Lead joint ventures, co-branded initiatives, and distribution partnerships that meet regulatory and accreditation standards.Oversee governance frameworks, project delivery, and financial performance of licensed products.Provide leadership to the licensing and partnership team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.About You
You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial orientation and a proven track record in licensing, partnerships, and business development. You bring excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a passion for delivering impactful learning solutions.Essential skills and experience:Extensive experience in licensing, partnership development, and strategic relationship management.Strong leadership and team management skills in a high-performance environment.Effective negotiation and contract management skills, with familiarity in IP licensing.Understanding of learning design principles and commercial strategy.Excellent communication, data analysis, and stakeholder influencing skills across global markets.Rewards and Benefits
