As we continue to grow across Europe, we are investing in our digital infrastructure to unlock scalable growth across online channels and marketplaces.This is a high-impact leadership role, focused on driving the digital transformation of our marketplace and eCommerce capabilities. Reporting to the Global IT and eCommerce leadership team, you will work closely with key stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to lead the design and execution of a scalable digital commerce strategy across Europe. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning technology with business goals, managing integrations across major platforms, and enabling new market and brand launches. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded IT leader to shape the digital future of a fashion and lifestyle clothing business.Architecture and Strategy:

Design and implement a robust digital marketplace architecture, collaborating closely with sales and commercial leads to support expansion across brands and territories.eCommerce Enablement:

Act as delivery lead for all European eCommerce technology projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between regional and global IT teams.Innovation and Tools:

Identify and implement tools to enhance digital asset sharing, product information delivery, and sales enablement (e.g. line sheets, digital catalogs).Growth Enablement:
