The Opportunity You''ll take commercial responsibility for one of several exciting projects currently due to commence, including: A large-scale residential housing development A major industrial warehouse scheme A new purpose-built student accommodation development Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Team, you''ll manage the commercial aspects of your project from procurement through to final account. This is a hybrid role, with your time split between the regional office and site, allowing you to build strong relationships with operational teams while maintaining commercial control.
