Sitting within a lean and collaborative disputes function, this role offers exposure to high-profile litigation and strategic advisory work across a range of jurisdictions.The role involves supporting group-wide litigation and regulatory matters, professional indemnity and DandO insurance issues, name protection, and contentious trademark matters. It’s an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded litigator looking to move in-house and work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel on complex, cross-border issues.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the management and reporting of litigation matters across multiple jurisdictionsLiaise with external counsel and internal business stakeholders on active disputesWork with insurers on professional indemnity and DandO matters, including policy wording and renewalsSupport the management and enforcement of the Group’s trademark portfolio and name protection strategyAssist with contentious and non-contentious IP issues, including trademark infringement and brand protectionProvide strategic legal advice on a wide range of contentious issues impacting the businessAssist with data subject access requests and litigation disclosure processes, including document review and e-discovery supportAbout You:You are a qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in commercial litigation and/or dispute resolutionYou have strong drafting and written communication skills, and are confident managing complex legal issues with commercial awarenessYou are detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable handling a diverse workload under time pressureYou are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environmentYou bring sound judgment and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to contentious mattersIf this role is of interest to you, please click apply.Seniority level
