General skillsAs a Learning support assistant (lsa) /Teaching Assistant (TA) you will have:Experience as a Teaching assitant/ Learning support assistant based in a school in the UK or have a NARICCompleted relevant courses in childcare, safeguarding, Teaching Assistant etc.Bachelors/Master in English, Maths, Science, Art, History etcYouth work/Sports coachingTutoring experience in personWillingness and ability to adapt to a wide range of duties in response to changing circumstances.
