Ref: 25363Control Systems Engineer - The Role: Develop and implement software (including HMI screens) for complex automation and robotic systems Commission, test and optimise special purpose machinery to meet performance requirements Diagnose and resolve faults across control, safety, mechanical and electrical systems (on-site and remotely) Program and integrate industrial robots (6-axis, SCARA, Delta) into automated systems Support installation, commissioning and servicing at customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas Modify and enhance existing automation systems to improve functionality and efficiency Conduct machine testing to achieve Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) approvals Ensure all electrical and safety systems comply with relevant UK, European and international standards Deliver operator training and provide ongoing customer support Collaborate with internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery Control Engineer - The Person: Expertise in ..... full job details .....
