This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of estates and campus services across a multi-site portfolio.THE ROLE You will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive estates and facilities function. Key Responsibilities Provide visible and strategic leadership for Estates Management services across multiple sites (20 mile radius of Wrexham, Wrexham main day to day work location). Lead the planning and delivery of major capital projects, planned maintenance programmes, and estate development initiatives. Ensure the highest standards of compliance, health and safety, sustainability, and risk management.
