Working across two centres, you will ensure the organisation maintains a robust and compliant Health and Safety Management System (HSMS), providing a safe and healthy environment for staff, learners, and visitors. This is a standalone role reporting to senior management, with support from subject matter experts across the business.Key responsibilities include:Leading on all health, safety, and environmental matters in line with current legislationPlanning, implementing, and maintaining a robust HandS management systemCreating and updating policies, procedures, and risk assessments across all activitiesPromoting a "safe working" culture across both centresConducting regular visual risk assessments and facility safety checksActing as the lead contact for external audits and regulatory bodiesMaintaining all HandS records, reports, and documentationSupporting the delivery of health and safety training across teamsInvestigating incidents and recommending preventative actionsOptionally delivering toolbox talks and contributing to internal auditsRequirements We are ..... full job details .....
