Warehouse Operations Manager

We''re hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to join a global logistics business specialising in 2-man home delivery and high-value, white glove services in Ashford, Middlesex.

-42K - -47K salary / Monday - Friday day work / excellent employee benefits package / Holiday entitlement rising from 30 days to 33 days holiday including bank hols

Responsbilities :

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations supporting specialist delivery services
• Manage and develop teams, including 2-man delivery support functions
• Oversee stock control and handling of high-value goods
• Drive performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
• Ensure high service standards and strong customer outcomes

• Experience in warehouse leadership within 2-man delivery, white glove, or high-value logistics
• Strong people management and operational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, KPIs, and H&S
