Our growing client is currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful Learning and Development Manager will shape the development of people, and lead the day-to-day delivery of learning activities across skills. Key Responsibilities: The Learning and Development Manager will use a range of LandD methodologies Deliver annual learning objectives Design and deliver blended learning that drives measurable performance improvement Translate business needs into practical, relevant development programmes Create high-quality learning content Use data and insight to shape decisions and improve outcomes Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in an LandD Manager or similar role Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering blended learning.
