Key responsibilities Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support pupils in small groups. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions. Prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources. Provide feedback to teachers on pupils progress and engagement. Support children with additional needs as required. Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
