On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals South are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a reputable construction company based in West Sussex.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction siteEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationManage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staffEnforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on siteConduct regular site inspections and risk assessmentsRead and interpret construction drawings and technical documentsMonitor progress against the construction program and adjust plans as neededResolve any site-related issues, delays, or conflicts efficientlyEnsure quality control standards are met throughout the buildKeep accurate records of site activities, variations, and incidentsReport progress and issues to the project manager or senior leadershipThe ideal candidate will have/be:Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industryStrong technical understandingThe ability to develop, manage, and maintain successful relationships, both internally and externallyManagement Level NVQ or equivalentRelevant tickets: SMSTS, First Aid, DBS, and CSCSPlease send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence.The ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
