Role Description:Architecture Design:Create scalable, secure, and highly available OpenShift architectures, including cluster topology, networking, and storage solutions.Migration:Lead application and workload migrations to OpenShift, often with minimal downtime, assessing readiness and developing detailed plans.Integration:Integrate OpenShift with underlying infrastructure, including VMware (vSphere, NSX) and Pure Storage, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Security andamp; Compliance:Implement and enforce security best practices, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and network policies, and conduct security assessments.Automation andamp; DevOps:Build CI/CD pipelines and automate DevOps workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Technical Guidance:Provide technical guidance and training to development and operations teams on OpenShift architecture and best practices.Platform Improvement:Continuously iterate on the platform by implementing enhancements, improving reliability, and ensuring the platform stays current.Required Skills andamp; QualificationsOpenShift andamp; Kubernetes: Strong design and implementation experience with Red Hat OpenShift and ..... full job details .....
