Robertson Bell are recruiting for a London based organisation to help them recruit a Head of Finance System on a permanent basis. They are currently changing systems to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FandO). As part of the new finance system, it is also the opportunity to reinvent the image of the finance systems team.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the finance systems team – including the opportunity to build your own team.Partner with the finance team to ensure the system meets their needs and provide training and support to end-users.Assist on the implementation of Dynamics 365.Implement new functionality and integrations, ensuring the system is the best it can be. With the intention of making constant improvements.The ideal candidate will have:Experience of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.Proactive, innovative approach to continuous improvement.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, transforming finance systems and processes at a leading organisation.
