Job Title: Construction Teacher (Alternative Provision)

About the Role
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-supported Alternative Provision in Wolverhampton, seeking a dedicated and hands-on Construction Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical construction lessons, including basic bricklaying skills
• Adapt teaching methods to support students with Autism and ADHD
• Create a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Support students in developing confidence, practical skills, and future employability
• Work closely with support staff and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience teaching construction or vocational subjects
• Knowledge of bricklaying and general construction skills
• Experience working with students with Autism and/or ADHD (desirable)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient, and supportive approach
