Role Overview:They are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and technically proficient Design and Head of Pre-Construction to lead our pre-construction and design teams. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of pre-construction, from initial concept and feasibility studies to detailed design, cost planning, and risk management. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between clients, design teams, and project delivery teams, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and technically robust solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the pre-construction and design teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
