Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the Trainee Production Operative will support the daily plan and ensure production activities are completed safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Production Operative Undertake tanker receipt and despatch, blending, product movement and decant operations safely and accurately. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, waste handling, stock rotation and equipment care. Work closely with the Production Team Leader to deliver daily and weekly blending plans, communicating progress and responding to operational issues. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the smooth running of the site. Assist with scheduled and ad hoc site activities, including appointed ERP and fire marshal responsibilities.
