So, it''s very much a long-term opportunity for the right person!What you''ll be doing:Taking full ownership of your ledger, covering a mix of high-volume and national customer accountsChasing outstanding debt across a UK-based customer portfolio, with a focus on phone-based collection and relationship buildingAllocating incoming payments and cash receipts accurately and promptlyRaising and sending sales invoices and issuing credit notes when neededMonitoring aged debt and proactively following up on overdue balancesManaging complex accounts with multiple payments per month and high-volume transactionsRunning customer statements, payment reports and supporting credit management reviewsLiaising with commercial and internal teams to resolve customer queries or ..... full job details .....
