The role will involve managing the commercial aspects of planned and reactive maintenance projects within the social housing sector across North West London.This is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with strong Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) experience who is looking to take ownership of projects and play a key role in driving commercial performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage MandE costings, valuations, variations, and final accountsPrepare, monitor, and report on project budgets and forecastsEnsure robust commercial controls are in place and adhered toConduct regular site visits to monitor progress against budget and scopeLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve commercial issuesPrepare and submit interim applications for paymentSupport procurement of MandE subcontractor packagesResolve contractual disputes and ensure compliance with terms and conditionsMonitor and improve project cash flow and cost control processesRequirements:Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on MandE worksBackground in social housing or public sector maintenance/refurbishmentStrong understanding of MandE ..... full job details .....
