Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities. Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups. Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff. Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN. Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Provide classroom cover when required and support the wider school team.
