Map out process workflows, showing "who does what and when" to reach the end-state design.Track milestones, identify dependencies, surface risks, and help remove blockers across pods. Business Analysis Lead discovery sessions to understand current vs. future state finance processes.Document and translate requirements into clear outputs for delivery teams and SMEs.
