Key Responsibilities: Carefully wrap pre-made flower bouquets according to packaging standards. Pack bouquets into boxes or containers for delivery, ensuring secure and attractive presentation. Apply correct labels, tags, and branding to each package. Inspect finished bouquets for quality and presentation before packaging. Work on a fast-paced production line to meet hourly/daily targets. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with hygiene standards. Assist with general warehouse duties, including handling stock and materials. Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures. Cooperate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Key Skills and Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work efficiently with hands and maintain consistent attention to detail. Strong team player with a positive and flexible attitude. Comfortable working in a chilled environment. Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting light loads.
