Team and CultureThe team is approximately 90 people, with more than half in engineering, product and data. There are 45+ advanced degrees across computer science, mathematics and operations research. The OpportunityAs a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire by mentoring engineers and tech leads while fostering ownership, psychological safety and continuous learning. You will engage in technical collaboration and hands-on contributions when necessary, champion best practices in developer velocity, code quality, observability, incident response, user analytics and product engagement, and scale the team by attracting, hiring and retaining top talent with data-driven performance processes and clear growth paths.
